Which plan is right for me?
Most people typically use about 30-40 lbs a month. For 2 people or couples, 60-70 lbs a month. Regular washing machines at home holds 10-15 lbs.

How do I switch plans?
You can change your plan at any time. The new plan will take effect as soon as your current plan expires.

How long is the plan for?
The WASH & FOLD plan is month to month and will automatically renew each month.

Is there a minimum order size?
We wash every customer’s clothes separately, so we require 10 lbs. minimum per order.

What happens if I go over the pounds in my plan?
Not a problem. you will be charged the standard per pound rate ($2.50) for any pounds over.
Can I combine my laundry plan with other discounts?
Sorry, they may not be combined with any other offers. Discounts may not be used to purchase WASH & FOLD plans.

How about special items such as pillows and comforters?
Unfortunately, these are not included in the plan and will be charged separately.

Are dry cleaning and or laundered shirts included?
These plans are only for WASH & FOLD orders. Dry Cleaning and Shirt Laundered are charged per piece
